M3

M3- Produce a short evaluation in which you explain how different learning styles can aid personal development. Use examples from your own experience when using different learning styles throughout the completion of your personal development training. You will need to carry out a small amount of research into learning styles in order to complete this task
There are 3 types of learners, visual, kinaesthetic and auditory. The different learning styles are represented by how best you learn. For example learning by watching someone else.
There are 2 sub types of visual learning (linguistic and spatial). Visual learners learn by seeing something, this could be watching a video or watching a demonstration. These learners would be good at drawing graphs and would much rather read than do something. These people learn through pictures and writing.
Auditory learners learn by listening. They associate things with music. They would much rather listen to music than read a book. They can remember things that they have learnt if they associate them with a song or piece of music. They would learn by watching videos or listening to someone explaining something.
Kinaesthetic learners learn by doing, they would much rather just do something than read about it. They learn by doing.
If they were putting together a wardrobe a visual learner would read the instructions and look at the pictures, a auditory learner would listen to someone explain how to do it or watch a video of someone putting one together and a kinaesthetic learner would dive straight in and learn as they go along.

During my training I have used auditory learning and visual learning. I only use visual when watching videos I don’t like to read about something. I found that spatial learning and auditory are the best ways for me to learn.

This is my dummies guide revisited, I took in the comments that people made and put arrows in to show what picture example goes with what piece of text so it is less confusing.

P5, I commented on Lucia's dummies guide
