data
• archiving
• defragmentation
• deleting temporary files
• Cleaning keyboard, mouse, display screen of the
computer provided
• replacing consumables printer paper in the
printer provided

demonstrated that she can create a specified file structure. She set up the
operating system to perform back-up procedures, automatic scheduling and deletion
of unwanted data. She set up the operating system to archive and defragmented
the computer. She set it up to delete temporary files. She showed that she
could perform routine maintenance on the computer by cleaning the keyboard,
mouse, display screen, replacing the printer paper. She also replaced the
mouse.
